What we collect, and why
Everything below is collected only because the site needs it to function.
Contact form information
If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, industry, preferred contact method, contact details, and message you enter. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry.
Session and security cookies
The site sets a session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie. These protect forms and logins from abuse and are required for the site to work. They are first-party cookies, are not used for advertising, and are not shared with anyone.
QR code visit marker
If you arrive by scanning one of our QR codes, your browser stores a timestamp of that visit in local storage. It is sent along only if you submit the contact form, so we know how you found us. It stays in your browser, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Basic site operation logs
To keep the site running, secure, and free of errors, our own server records basic technical information about requests: the pages visited, key button clicks, JavaScript errors, your IP address, browser type, and the referring page. These logs are kept on our own server, used only internally to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site, and never sold or shared.
What we don't do

- We don't share personal information with third parties, other than as required by law.
- We don't use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or social media trackers.
- We don't build advertising profiles or track you across other sites.
- We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Retention and security
We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, though no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
